Refund and Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our first priority, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return the product, follow the following terms and conditions:
- Return or exchange within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Underwear and anything similar are not allowed to be exchanged or returned
- The product must be returned with the same packaging and invoice.
- Return the product in its original condition.
• Enty has the right to cancel the return request if it is verified that the product has been used or damaged, and accordingly, the product will be returned to the customer.
Return or exchange process:

- To complete the return or exchange process, our representative is sent within a period of 3-10 working days to receive the product and return its value .
- In the event of a return, we must first verify the integrity of the product and its original condition, then we will refund the full amount, excluding all delivery fees.
- It is not permitted to exchange or return underwear, leggings, women’s Bermudas, underwear sets, or anything similar.
Note: The company bears the shipping costs only if we send a wrong product. Otherwise, the customer bears the shipping costs when making an exchange or return.
